We are a local family owned and operated business. We have lived in the Maple Valley area our whole life. We have 2 kiddos that we get to now share this beautiful area with and can show them places that we have memories at as kids. We decided to start our own inspection company because it would allow us to spend more time with our kids. Family is very important to us and time goes so fast that we want to have as much of it with them as we can. When not inspecting we love to be out in nature hiking and backpacking and just exploring the beautiful area we live in.

I have been a home inspector since 2017 and have inspected more that 2,500 homes to date. I know home buying/selling can be stressful, I try to take some of that stress away by providing a thorough inspection of a home and answer any questions the buyer/seller may have. I am there for the client to provide peace of mind on a home so they have confidence in the home they are wanting to sell or purchase.

I have an extensive background in construction and home inspection. This allows me to leverage that experience and perspective to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients in this competitive real estate market. I excel and take much pride in client communication and client education.
